How do I download or print a PDF?
Click on the link to the PDF. This will take you to the PDF. In the top right hand corner you will see a download symbol and a print symbol. Click on the one you need to use.
How do I download a jpeg file?
Click on the link to the jpeg. This will take you to the jpeg picture file. Click ctrl and right click and select ‘Save as’. This will download the jpeg onto your computer.
I'm overwhelmed. Do I need to use all the material?
The short answer: No.
The resources are made to help a large variety of groups. The ages we aim to serve are 5-11 year olds, which is also a large age range. Read the material and choose the parts that suit your group.
Which resources suit ages 5-7s?
If you’re ministering to 5-7 year olds we would suggest using mainly concrete examples in your lessons. So, using the drama or skit, the review questions and perhaps the first (or simplest) object lesson with one simple response (from the Seek God section). This age group also love the crafts, sensory table and building blocks/moulding – so almost anything in the Sense How You Feel section. You’ll also find activity sheets for 5-7s in this section.
Which resources suit ages 8-11s?
8-11s love to discuss and talk. We’d suggest using the discussion questions in small groups. The object lessons work really well for large and small groups. You’ll also find some activity sheets in each ‘Sense How You Feel’ section just for this age group. The majority of the resources are relatable for this age group.
My payment has failed, what should I do?
If you pay by credit card and you know that your card details have changed then you can go to your account page select the Subscriptions tab and you should see a link to ‘Update Billing Details’. Once you change your card details your payment will be processed immediately.
If you pay by PayPal please ensure that there are adequate funds in your account so that payment will go through when payment is tried again. Unfortunately there is no way to change when PayPal will attempt to take payments, or to push the payment through earlier.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your account at any time by going to your account page and selecting the Subscriptions tab. Here you will see an option to ‘Cancel’ next to your current subscription.
Click the Cancel link, select the reason you wish to cancel and then confirm your cancellation and you’re all done. You’ll receive an email confirmation that cancellation was successful. (Please note that once selecting a reason you will need to confirm you cancellation on the next page – if you don’t do this your cancellation will not be processed)
Once you cancel your account you will retain access to the dashboard until your current subscription period ends. You can of course rejoin anytime in the future!
Please cancel your account BEFORE your next payment is due and avoid leaving it to the last minute. We are in the UK so any date you see in your account is based on the UK timezone and so it is best to cancel at least 24 hours in advance to ensure you are not charged due to time differences. You will retain access to the dashboard until your next payment is due, so you can cancel as far in advance as you would like.
