THEME EXPLANATION:
The ‘Totally Transformed’ free teaching series looks at the way Jesus took interest in the ordinary people of this world and the down and outs, and completely transformed their world! Your children will walk through the encounters in Jesus’ parables and miracles and come to understand a little more of God’s heart for His people and the world. Allow your children to be totally transformed by the love, grace and forgiveness of Christ.
THEME DECORATIONS:
1. Cardboard Robots: Transformers.
2. Butterflies.
3. Origami.
CRAFT IDEAS:
1. Origami.
2. Junk Modelling.
PRAYER IDEAS:
1. Cardboard Prayers. Why not put together a short video of some of your children doing the cardboard prayers. They simply write one thing that they have had a problem with on one side of the cardboard, and what Jesus has done for them and how they have changed on the other side.
2. Leaf Prayers. Have the children write a short prayer for children that would like to ‘turn over a new leaf’ and start again with Christ.
